WHERE IT ALL BEGAN!
The Saline County Art League Inc was established in 1962. The Articles of Incorporation were filed on March 2, 1962, in the Saline Circuit and Chancery Clerk, recorded by Mrs. Edna Crouch as a Civil Case File 7916.

In the above names, you will find Mrs. Lee Tucker, this would be Hallie Christine Praytor-Tucker. She was married to Mr. Lee Fitzhugh Tucker. She sold the property to the Saline County Art League in 1974.
Hallie Christine Praytor Tucker was born in the Shoppach House on December 21, 1903 and lived until December 26, 2003. She lived to be over 100 years old.
