Justin is a graduate of Benton High School, class of 2025, and is now attending the University of Arkansas at Little Rock. He is pursuing a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Graphic Design.
At the end of Justin's 9th-grade year at Benton, Coach Shoop (Michelle Shoppach), at the time Benton High School Volleyball Head Coach, approached him and asked if he would be a manager on her team. This opened up a lot of doors for him while there. In his junior year, he took over social media for the volleyball team, growing their viewership from 500 views a week to 2k-4k views a week, and it only went up from there. During his time in high school, he would go on to start managing Girls Softball as well as Girls Basketball social media accounts.
During Justin's senior year, he was invited to compete in the Arkansas SkillsUSA Competition in the Advertising and Graphic Design section. He won 2nd place, scoring 968/1000. This is when he decided to open his business, Justin Reddin Design, which offers graphic design services as well as marketing services. Before completing his senior year in High School, he landed his first client, Safety is a Mindset, based out of Texas, and it has only gone up from there.
In April of 2026, Justin came to the board to offer his services after a board member told him they were looking to advance their marketing to help bring more people to the Historic Shoppach House. Justin got a unanimous vote from the board after the first meeting, and at the next meeting, he was given the title of Advisor of the Board. At this point, he also gained the title of Marketing Director.
